Tahini Honey Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

tahini – ⅓ cup

lemon juice – ½ cup

olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsps honey, and ground pepper – ⅓cup

In a tightly sealed jar, combine the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. You can either blend, whisk or shake it until it becomes smooth. Add in the salt and pepper to taste.
