Tahini Cinnamon Cookies

Do you love cinnamon and tahini? I know I do, two different flavors, but both tasty in their own way. And it is seldom that you see these two ingredients combined, and turned into a dish. But do not worry, I will teach you a Tahini Cinnamon Cookies recipe! A recipe where tahini and cinnamon is cooked together.

Tahini Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients:

 

*½ cup tahini

*2 tsp cinnamon

*¼ cup maple syrup

*½ cup chopped walnut

*¾ cup instant or quick-cooking oats

*sea salt

*1 tsp vanilla extract

*2 tbsp chocolate chips

 

Here’s how to do it:

 

Combine tahini, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla.

Make sure it’s well-stirred.

Add the remaining ingredients, mix well.

Scoop 2 or 3 tablespoons of the cookie mixture in your palm to form a cookie shape.

Arrange on a baking sheet with enough spaces at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter mixture.

Let it cool and enjoy.
