Tahini Sauce for Baked Chicken

Tahini Sauce for Baked Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 whole or diced chicken breasts

1 lemon

3-4 tablespoons tahini paste

3 tablespoon chopped parsley

3 cloves and minced garlic

Cumin

Water

Salt

 

Directions:

 

For the dressing, mix together tahini paste and 1 fresh lemon juice in a bowl and stir until it thickens. Add water slowly until fluid consistency reached. Add minced garlic and salt to taste. Mix all together until ready. Place chicken a large bowl and pour over the dressing. Sprinkle cumin and chopped parsley on top of chicken. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Serve hot, with rice or pita bread.
