Tahini and Tzatziki Recipe
What you need:
½ cucumber
½ tbsp. salt
150g yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried herb (chopped)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 tbsp. tahini
Instructions:
· Cut the cucumber in half lengthways. Peel it and scrape the seeds. Use a grater to grate the cucumber.
· In a sieve with a bowl under, put the grated cucumber and mix it with salt. Place a heavy plate on the top of the grated cucumber and let it drain its juice, completely.
· Combine all other ingredients in a jar and close it tightly. Leave it inside the fridge overnight. This will make it taste better.
· On the next day, you can consume your healthy dressing of Tzatziki with Tahini Recipe.
