*4 tbsp tahini
*4 tbsp maple syrup
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*¾ cup all-purpose flour
*½ cup ground walnuts
*⅓ tsp baking soda
*black and white sesame seeds
Combine tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix it well.
Add in the ground walnuts. Mix it again. Set aside.
Whisk flour and baking soda in a different mixing bowl, then add it to the tahini mixture in 3 batches.
Form 12 pieces correctly proportioned cookie dough and molded it like a ball.
Dip it in a plate full of sesame seeds.
Press the cookie ball using a glass to flatten it.
Once the 12 pieces are all coated with sesame seeds, refrigerate it for about 40.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Bake the cookie dough for about 10 or 12 minutes.
Remove it after and let it cool.
