Roasted Tahini Garlic Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
- Warm water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup tahini paste
- 1 bulb of garlic (roasted)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Procedure:
- Roast the garlic first. Drizzle oil in a foil and cut-off the top of the garlic bulb, and wrap them in. Bake the garlic for 45 minutes or more (depends how big it is) for 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- After, squeeze out and mix it in your tahini paste, salt and lemon juice. Whisk them together until all of it blended well.
- If the sauce is too thick for you, you can add warm water to the mixture one at a time to check for its consistency you want. And again whisk slowly to make sure everything is blended in.
