Tahini and Tzatziki Recipe
What you need:
- ½ cucumber
- ½ tbsp. salt
- 150g yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried herb (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp. tahini
Instructions:
- · Cut the cucumber in half lengthways. Peel it and scrape the seeds. Use a grater to grate the cucumber.
- · In a sieve with a bowl under, put the grated cucumber and mix it with salt. Place a heavy plate on the top of the grated cucumber and let it drain its juice, completely.
- · Combine all other ingredients in a jar and close it tightly. Leave it inside the fridge overnight. This will make it taste better.
