Tahini Cinnamon Cookies
Ingredients:
*½ cup tahini
*2 tsp cinnamon
*¼ cup maple syrup
*½ cup chopped walnut
*¾ cup instant or quick-cooking oats
*sea salt
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*2 tbsp chocolate chips
Here’s how to do it:
Combine tahini, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla.
Make sure it’s well-stirred.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well.
Scoop 2 or 3 tablespoons of the cookie mixture in your palm to form a cookie shape.
Arrange on a baking sheet with enough spaces at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining batter mixture.
Let it cool and enjoy.
