Tahini Lemon Dressing

Tahini Lemon Dressing Recipe

This is vegan and gluten-free tahini dressing.

Ingredients:

  • Hummus
  • ¼- ½ avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup roasted veggies (any of your favourite veggies)
  • 1 tbsp yeast (nutritional)
  • 2-3 cups of leafy greens (anything you want)

For Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water (warm)
  • Pich of salt

Procedure

  • First, combine all tahini dressing ingredients in a bowl. You can use a beater or blender to do this.
  • In another big bowl, mix all the salad ingredients. And pour the tahini mixture in your bowl of salad and toss.
  • Garnish with nuts and drizzle again with this lemon tahini dressing.
