Tahini Lemon Dressing Recipe
This is vegan and gluten-free tahini dressing.
Ingredients:
- Hummus
- ¼- ½ avocado (sliced)
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup cooked chickpeas
- ½ cup roasted veggies (any of your favourite veggies)
- 1 tbsp yeast (nutritional)
- 2-3 cups of leafy greens (anything you want)
For Lemon Tahini Dressing
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tbsp water (warm)
- Pich of salt
Procedure
- First, combine all tahini dressing ingredients in a bowl. You can use a beater or blender to do this.
- In another big bowl, mix all the salad ingredients. And pour the tahini mixture in your bowl of salad and toss.
- Garnish with nuts and drizzle again with this lemon tahini dressing.
