Tahini Sauce for Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

Cauliflower

*Cauliflower – 1 head (medium floret cut)

*Vegetable oil

 

Tahini

*Tahini – ⅓ cup

*Water – ¼ cup

*fresh lemon juice – ¼ cup

*Parsley – 1 tablespoon

*Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)

*salt and pepper

 

Procedure:

 

Fried Cauliflower

  1.    Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan.
  2.    Fry the cauliflower in the pan once the oil is hot enough.
  3.    Turn it occasionally for about 5-8 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  4.    Place the fried cauliflower on a plate covered with a paper towel.
  5.    Repeat the procedure for the remaining cauliflower cuts.

 

Tahini Sauce

  1.    Mix in a bowl the remaining ingredients: tahini, water, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic.
  2.    Stir it until it has a smooth consistency.
  3.    Season it with salt and pepper depending on your taste.

 

After all the cauliflower is fried, place it on a serving plate and drizzle with tahini sauce. Enjoy!
