Tahini and Tzatziki Recipe

What you need:

  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ tbsp. salt
  • 150g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried herb (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp. tahini

Instructions:

  • ·         Cut the cucumber in half lengthways. Peel it and scrape the seeds. Use a grater to grate the cucumber.
  • ·         In a sieve with a bowl under, put the grated cucumber and mix it with salt. Place a heavy plate on the top of the grated cucumber and let it drain its juice, completely.
  • ·         Combine all other ingredients in a jar and close it tightly. Leave it inside the fridge overnight. This will make it taste better.
  • ·         On the next day, you can consume your healthy dressing of Tzatziki with Tahini Recipe.
